What makes a good Pega BPM consultant? is a question I get a lot in my work. I'm working with Pega BPM software for 7 years now and have seen a lot of different persons in different roles working with Pega software. Although their roles are different, there are a few competences that strike out to me. In this blog, I will give you the Top 3 competences that help a Pega BPM consultant to be succesfull in his or her work. It's important that a consultant can help bridge between business needs & the IT application.

It was a great opportunity and experience for me this year to be able to attend the Pegasystems’ annual user conference, namely PegaWorld 2017, held in MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas together with more than 4000 people attending from 600 different firms and 50 different countries.

This year, Pega once again returned to Las Vegas for its 2017 edition of PegaWorld, and of course BPM Company was present. In this event we attended interesting customer success stories, keynotes and break-out sessions on different implementations of Pega. The platform’s latest capabilities and features were showcased in the Tech Pavilion, the must-go place for getting hands-on experience with the latest functionality.

When we give customers the best customer experience, we as business have the best outcome.

This year it was my first time to attend PegaWorld in Las Vegas. The keynotes were very interesting and most of the breakout sessions were also good. My focus during Pegaworld was on CRM Customer Engagement.
